The company has a full paid up capital of Q.R. 550,000,000.00 (Qatari Riyals five hundred million) with shareholders from diverse countries of origin such as Kuwait and Jordan, such as Massaleh Investments: www.massalehinvest.com  ,Wafra Int’l Investment Company: 
www.wafra-Kuwait.com and Amwal Invest: www.amwalinvest.jo. However, the majority shareholders are Qatari businessmen.
