On December 10th, 2009, during a unique and elegant event, held at the close to completion site of it’s signature project ”The Gate “and attended by the VIP’s of the brands and operators of the retail industry, financial and business institutions in the region, Salam Bounian Company officially announced the final countdown to its pioneering project launch date in July,2010.

The event commenced with an audio visual presentation about the project’s particulars and was followed by a unique site tour for the attendees conducted by Salam Bounian Management and confirming the project’s readiness for it’s opening in July 2010. The latest information available about the project was also shared and a light lunch followed the event allowing for a networking platform.

The Gate is a unique development that is becoming the heartbeat of West Bay. Unlike any other projects in the surrounding commercial hub it’s astonishing architecture makes it THE GATE to the business, commercial and entertainment zone of West Bay, Doha.

During the course of its construction, it has also been recognized regionally by different awards for its architectural uniqueness, environmental consciousness and social responsibility awareness.
