"The Gate" Project Wins Two CNBC Arabian Property Awards for 2008
Salam Bounian participated with two categories in the CNBC Arabian property Awards 2008 competition with its signature project “The Gate “ and won in both categories being “Best Development “ and “Best High Rise Architecture” that firmly establishes “The Gate” as the luxury retail and leisure destination of choice in Doha.
The entries for the awards were judged by a panel of International professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.
The Best Development category was judged on basis of the development‘s location, the target market, external appearance and details of architectural &interior design; additionally on details of safety, security, energy efficiency and innovation.
Whereas the Best High-Rise Architecture category was judged by details of height and no. of floors of the building, architectural appearance and details of structural and engineering features as well as on variation of unit sizes and styles.
The awards were distributed during a magnificent gala dinner held at the Johara Ballroom in the Madinat Jumeirah resort on the 19th Oct,2008.
